01 General Terms & Conditions

02 Account Registration

To open an account with 377bat, you must provide accurate and complete information. All details submitted at registration must be your own and truthful.

• Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be accurate, as they will be used for account verification.
• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact 377bat support immediately.

03 Deposits & Payments

377bat supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa/Mastercard, bank transfer, and USDT (crypto).

• Minimum deposit: BDT 500.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• We do not charge any service fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds will only be returned to the registered account holder.
• For crypto (USDT) deposits, market price fluctuations are beyond 377bat's control.

04 Withdrawal Policy

Before withdrawing funds from 377bat, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This process requires you to submit your National ID or passport along with proof of your current address.

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 1,000.
• BKash/Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Bank withdrawals require 1–3 business days to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• In cases of unusual or suspicious transactions, 377bat reserves the right to hold a withdrawal pending further verification.

05 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on 377bat:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, a cash-out option is available in select cases.
• If an event is cancelled for technical reasons, the bet will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over the outcome of any event, 377bat's decision will be considered final.
• If odds are set incorrectly due to an error, 377bat reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• The maximum bet amount per match or event is subject to the limits specified on the platform.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

377bat regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that you should read carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.
• Reload Bonus: A bonus may be available on deposits of a specified amount each week.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend to 377bat and both of you will receive a bonus.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all bonuses.
• Bonuses have a limited validity period — any bonus not used within the specified time will be automatically cancelled.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 377bat:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illicit financial activity.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated system.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse through arbitrage betting or other unfair strategies.

If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken if necessary.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

377bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity detected on the account.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months+).

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before doing so.

09 Responsible Gaming

377bat believes betting should be a source of entertainment, not stress. That's why responsible gaming is at the heart of everything we do.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
